Network Rail

Network Rail owns, operates and develops Britain’s railway infrastructure. Their design guidelines provide a series of best practice examples for the design and planning of railway stations to guarantee that they continue to deliver value for money and excellent passenger experience across the network. However, due to the lack of branding and visual consistency across the suite of work, the guidelines were not being utilised effectively by its users. This increased the likelihood of standards not being adhered to, with the potential to compromise the customer experience and their safety.
